This seems to be my New Age album. I didn't want to make a New Age album but after five minutes on the piano and the way things were going - I had no choice. So then I wanted to make the first lofi rickety New Age album - I fingered the keys slightly drunkenly. But in music and everything, if you do your fingering very slowly you can get away with anything. This is one of those gluey gloopy messes that grows on you.

I added the geese noises. It's quite a nice album, but it's just not ME. It's not Enya either thank god. But I have to follow the market. When my blog goes through one of its popular phases I spend more time on it, and then everyone vanishes. So then this site becomes popular and I put more effort into my music and everyone vanishes again.

This late in life, I am discovering that the key to popularity is not to care about popularity. So this is why I have just thrown this album together very quickly and carelessly and it plays right now and the geese talk cheerfully to each other so far from mankind and the piano plays so loosely and it's all so brilliant & it's terrible enough to be my first big hit.
